Pintxo is a small snack, typically eaten in bars, traditional in northern Spain and especially popular in the Basque country and Navarre. They are usually eaten in bars or taverns as a small snack while hanging out with friends or relatives; thus, they have a strong socializing component, and in the Basque country and Navarre they are usually regarded as a cornerstone of local culture and society

Cider House

• When: Saturday night 20.00
• Where: Albiztur (10 minutes walking from the venue)
• Price: 39.99 - ticket must be bought beforehand in the registration page

We will be going to a typical cider house from the area for dinner.

Menu:
Natural apple cider (drink what you can/want)
Codfish omelette
Fried codfish
A big steak (Txuleta)
Idiazabal cheese w/ membrillo

They usually have special menus for vegetarians, although we have seen some vegetarians tasting the meat of these places.
