Due to the unprecedented growth of data during the lasts years, the extraction of useful knowledge and it’s translation to optimised decisions is still a challenge. Scientists often have to deal with these huge collections and Python provides tools to automate and be more efficient in these tasks.
Whether we are detailing the human nervous system, finding new applications for drugs, personalising medicine or monitoring pandemic strains data; large scale computing and data analysis must be used by Doctors improve human health. I’ll expose some examples and how I’m using Python to enhance my medical knowledge, like using Bokeh to build a model of the brains connections.
